By Veer is a Dutch fashion label for the entire family.

A creative at heart, our founder was born with an affinity for fashion. By age 12 she was a personal shopper for family members and enrolled in a specialist high school offering exceptional art and culture classes. Through theatre, drawing, and music, her passion for the arts developed.

Aged 22, she became a mother to her daughter Yasmin. Her view of children's fashion differed dramatically from what the market had to offer. An idea was born, and the business began on a very small scale, making exclusively children's clothing from a sewing studio in the South of Holland. Fabrics and haberdashery were bought from a wholesaler in Tilburg.

Sales rocketed, and soon production was outsourced to China. Soon afterwards, women's clothing was added to the collection, and the 'twinning is winning' statement became the brand's signature. Production is now split between China, Turkey, and Pakistan.

Remaining true to the aesthetic, their collections don’t generally follow the trends of the season. They don't believe in disposable fashion, with a mission to design pieces that will be treasured as part of your wardrobe forever - striving to create items that transcend any season, occasion, day, or evening and look just as glamorous in heels or bare feet.

The goal is to create luxurious and special fashion that differs from the mainstream, and yet is easy to find and priced to be accessible. As our founder, being part of her own target group while being well connected in the creative scene, allows her to bring just that. “I’m most proud of the team who have worked alongside me in the business.
